Our CEO, Dr Stephen Morse was interviewed by Kevin Bennett from the Best Practice Network and Eric Perez from Talking Leadership TV about the issue of modern slavery and its impact on business and leadership. With the introduction of the Modern Slavery Amendment Act 2021 (NSW) and the Statutory Review of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), the business community will need to improve the action taken to address modern slavery in order to tender for business and maintain their licence to operate. This is both a challenge and an opportunity to integrate ESG reporting requirements into the DNA of business strategy.
